$NEW serves as the cornerstone of the Newmoney AI ecosystem, empowering users with both utility and governance capabilities. In alignment with our commitment to fairness and community-driven growth, $NEW was launched transparently on Pump.fun, ensuring equal opportunity for all participants. Notably, there were no pre-allocations or special deals for venture capitalists or angel investors, reflecting our dedication to decentralization and user-centric values.
Governance: $NEW token holders will have the ability to participate in key decisions, such as selecting which agents are allowed on the Agent App Store, which agents qualify for the grants program and $NEW distribution.
Premium Access: While Newmoney AI & Newton are open to all, $NEW holders gain access to premium features in the future, including but not limited to:
Digital Cash Yield services
Customization tools
Advanced trading strategies
Experimental Newton add-ons
Newton API & Agent App Store: Developers can pay with $NEW to access the Newton API and build their own agents. Once an agent is published, it must pass a governance process to be listed on the Agent App Store.
Agents that pass the governance voting may also be eligible for the grants program (details to be revealed in the near future).
In-App Promotions: Developers and businesses can use $NEW to boost the visibility of their agents on the Agent App Store.
A portion of the fees generated by Newmoney AI’s swap, bridge, and future DeFi functionalities will be used for strategic buybacks and redistribution. 7.5% of the total supply is owned by the Newmoney AI treasury and locked for 6 months.
